The South Island Pride Centre is a community resource providing support for members of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Two-Spirited and Queer (GLBT2Q) community and their Allies, and educational workshops that support a healthy understanding and acceptance of all genders, gender identities, and sexualities within the Capital Regional District of BC.
The SIPCentre Youth programming is committed to building self-acceptance, pride, engagement, and community in our youth within a safe and supportive environment by providing a locus for the birth, nurture, and celebration of our culture, our stories and our heritage.
The Centre welcomes and values all people regardless of race, religion, sex, national or ethnic origin, marital status, family status, colour, age, different abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, or economic status.
