My approach to massage is based on the belief that treatments can be relaxing while attaining therapeutic results. I have found the greatest success in combining traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger points, and craniosacral therapy into most treatments.
My patients have stated that they leave my treatments feeling deeply relaxed, more centered, calm and with a greater sense of well-being.
