Kathi had struggled with weight and body image issues for most of her adult life. In early 2009 she became acutely aware that a change was needed. By enlisting the help of a personal trainer Kathi was able to shed almost 130 pounds and found a new career along the way.
Kathi works hard for her clients, designing challenging, fun workouts to help them realize their fitness goals in a safe, healthy way. YOUR health and fitness are her priority!
We can work in various gyms and private studios across the capital region, from the Westshore to downtown. You can also have Kathi come to you.
