queer and trans positive holistic health services for individuals, families and communities, with a commitment to anti-oppressive practice.

We have a special interest in supporting folks through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with nutritional education and nourishing foods.  We also focus on neurological health, healthy aging, blood sugar regulation, digestive issues, reproductive health, and caregiver self-care.

Holistic wellness services offered include nutritional consultations, health coaching, practical nutrition cooking classes, and meal support, as well as back care yoga classes and mindfulness workshops.

Highlighted services include:

A postpartum meal drop off service, providing meals, broths and teas to support healing and wellbeing during this important transition. (Set this up yourself during pregnancy, or as a gift to a friend or colleague.)

Nutritional consultations, personalized cooking classes and meal support to clients in their homes.

Hands-on practical nutrition workshops, where we cook a meal together while learning about food prep and nutritional strategies to support our health.  Upcoming classes focus on supporting digestive health, cooking for brain health, and nutrition for pregnancy.
